Signing Of MOU Between Pakistan And Bulgaria On Maritime Cooperation

Pakistan and Bulgaria have officially entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding Maritime Cooperation, further strengthening their partnership in the realm of maritime affairs. The signing ceremony for this agreement took place at the Ministry of Transport and Communication of Bulgaria in Sofia.

According to a press release issued on Monday, Ambassador Mariam Madiha Aftab, representing Pakistan, signed the MoU, while Hristo Alexiev, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policies and Minister of Transport and Communication of Bulgaria, signed on behalf of Bulgaria.

The primary objective of this MoU is to enhance and deepen cooperation between the two nations concerning maritime transport matters. Additionally, it aims to facilitate effective communication between relevant entities involved in maritime affairs, promote awareness and collaboration within the private sector, foster mutually advantageous economic opportunities, and encourage investments in this significant domain.
