IHC Directs Authorities to Complete FIA, NCCIA Staff Regularisation

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered the authorities to complete the regularisation process for employees of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

According to media reports, IHC also directed them to submit a comprehensive report on the interviews conducted by the relevant directors and their results.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued the written order on Monday while hearing petitions filed by Tauqeer Jadoon and others, who are seeking regularisation of their services.

According to the order, the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) submitted its para-wise comments and report before the court.

During the hearing, the additional attorney general told the court that FPSC approval is a mandatory legal requirement for regularising the employees.
