Sindh High Court Bans Photography and Video Recording

The Sindh High Court has imposed a ban on photojournalism and unauthorized recording on its premises.

According to an official circular, photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside courtrooms, corridors and waiting areas.

However, a specific area has been designated for journalists to conduct video recordings and photography.

Media personnel will not be allowed to film or take pictures anywhere in the court building except at the designated location.

The circular warned that legal action will be taken against anyone violating the order.

It also said mobile phones and recording equipment of violators would be confiscated.
